Apricot Yuzu High Ball Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 4 dehydrated apricots
  • 2 oz water
  • 1 oz single malt whiskey
  • 1 1/2 oz single malt whiskey
  • 1/2 oz of yuzu – apricot sparkle syrup
  • ice
  • 1 1/2 oz of sparkling lime and yuzu soda

Process:

  • Place apricots and water in a small jar. Add 1 oz whiskey. Cap and soak overnight.
  • In a cocktail mixing glass add 1 1/2 oz of single malt whiskey.
    Add 1/2 oz of yuzu – apricot sparkle syrup.
    Add ice.
    Stir with bar-spoon until ice-cold.
    Add more ice.
    Add 1 1/2 oz of sparkling lime and yuzu soda.
    Stir again.
    Garnish with Soaked apricot.
