Jammy eggs

Make as many as you want.

Preparation time: ~40 minutes

  • Bring large eggs out of refrigerator and put them in a bowl on countertop for about 20 minutes.
  • Fill a saucepan with 3-4″ of water and bring to boil.
  • Gently put eggs in boiling water and simmer for 7 minutes.
  • In the meantime, fill a deep enough with cold water and ice cubes.
  • After simmering eggs for 7 minutes gently scoop out and put them in iced water for 10 minutes.
  • Peel and split eggs.
